Class Reunion Massacre(aka The Redeemer)
This is a guilty pleasure slasher film of mine that I have on dvd. I bought the dvd really cheap and it's a double feature dvd with a film called Carnage on it.

But anyway, I like Class Reunion Massacre which came out around 1977 or '78 I think and I liked the plot for it and the setting of it. I think the film was made in North or South Carolina back then.

I like how the killer changes costumes and masks in it....sorta like the killer did in Terror Train.

Anyone else seen this film or have any thoughts about it?

I enjoy it.  I saw it years ago as a kid and was pleasantly surprised by it.

i have this double dvd it was a 1.00 at a bargain bin at some video store i went too it has class reunion massacre/carnage , it's one of the 70's good slashers that does remind me of slaughter high & terror train because the killer was picked on by the class mates he invites back for a high school reunion and terror train because the killer changed his identity throughout the film ...

Cool little flick, for it's time.

I was so pissed Code Red cancelled their DVD just cuz the dollar version came out.

Good, weird, atmospheric little slasher - with some really starnge touches (thumbs, anyone?)

Worth a look.

I liked the scene where the killer is dressed in the grim reaper outfit and mask with a scythe. I wish he would have been dressed in that costume all along.

i agree the grim reaper costume was the best that the killer chose when stalking one of the females
